Injection Moulding Introduction

The Accuromm-Juken Group specialise in the manufacture of high precision small size injection moulded parts for electrical consumer products, cameras, watches and automobile parts. Our leading company Juken Kogyo Co. Ltd in Toyohashi City, Japan, supplies the latest production system and technique to group companies overseas and customers We have developed our own production system, which consists of the following method.

1) Our in-house made in-line screw injection moulding machine ( JMW - Juken Machine Works ) which has a clamping capacity of 5 ton and 10 ton is suitable for high precision and stable 24 hour production without operator. Also develops special production system such as unscrewing device, Automatic Insert Moulding System for the customer including micromoulded parts.

2) High quality moulding tool manufacturing facility ( JFT- Juken Fine Tool ) together with the standardisation of mould base system which allows us continuous development of tool making know-how and prompt delivery of high quality moulds. QM system ( Quick Mould ) present direct machining by high speed machining centre to hardened cavity to reduce cost and delivery. This need special experience, know how and equipment to machine small components.

3) Tool Design Concept and quality control ( ISO 9002 ) , supporting our production system.

Our production system offers the customer low cost, high quality, prompt delivery of small high precision , miniature and micro plastic parts from small batch to mass-production. We are not just ordinary injection moulders, we have our own production system solution for our customers.
